Music and Motion (Vinyasa to famous music artists)
Kristin Caforio Marengo

Kelly Dowd

Kelly originally intended to add yoga to her workout regimen as a way to help maintain flexibility and prevent injuries, but quickly began to realize the additional physical and mental benefits of a consistent practice. After a few years of regular practice, she completed her RYT-200 training in 2011 in Virginia, where she taught various styles and levels of yoga from meditative and chair yoga to advanced hatha and vinyasa. After 3 years teaching in Virginia, she moved to MA to pursue a graduate degree and has been teaching and practicing in New England ever since! She has her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from MCPHS University here in Worcester and utilizes the core components of yoga asana often in PT practice. Finding a balance between strength and mobility is a key element in Kelly’s yoga teaching as well as in her work as a physical therapist. Kelly loves sharing her passion for human movement and helping others achieve their optimum levels of physical and mental health both on and off the mat. When she’s not teaching or moving, Kelly spends her time enjoying outdoor activities, hanging out with her fiancé and their fur-children (a cat and a dog), and attempting do-it-yourself projects.
Meghan Foley

Meghan, a native of Douglas, MA, has always led an active lifestyle, participating in soccer and track and field throughout her school years. Following an ACL injury that hindered her running, she discovered yoga as a key component of her recovery. This journey led her to fall in love with hot yoga, which she seamlessly integrated into her routine alongside distance running. In 2021, Meghan graduated with a teaching degree and found herself increasingly drawn to yoga as a means to slow down and clear her mind. She completed the 200-hour teacher training program at Hot Power Yoga Center, deepening her dedication to the practice. Currently, Meghan is a 6th-grade English teacher. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her beloved dogs, and engaging in activities such as hiking, running, and attending live music events. Meghan's passion for yoga consistently motivates her in all aspects of her life, both on and off the mat.
Julie St Francis

Julie is a science and history teacher at Dudley Middle School and an adjunct professor at Nichols College. She tries to incorporate her knowledge of yoga and science into all of her classes; in the studio and classroom. "I love to make connections across all disciplines; on and off the mat".
Julie has two sons that motivate and challenge her to be a better person. "Without yoga, I know my challenges I've had in life would still be haunting me. Yoga gives me the ability to slow down and be a better mom and friend."
Julie graduated from Hot Power Yoga Center's 200 hour Teacher Training program in 2016 and Sacred Seeds Yoga school 300 hour in 2021.
Harper Wise

Outside of the studio, Harper is an avid plant parent, loud shower-singer, live music enthusiast, and would prefer to spend as much time at the beach as possible. Harper has a degree in Sociology from Tufts University and works in adult eduction and leadership development.
Ashley Allard

Ashley began practicing yoga in 2017 as a part of a new fitness program to actively recover from weight training & cardio. From the moment she first stepped on her mat, she was in love. Everything from the movement, creativity & physical challenge was exactly what she felt she had been missing since she hung up her ballet shoes.
Yoga has not only helped her with muscle recovery & overall physical strength but has also helped her work past emotional trauma and blockages in her life that prevented her from being the expansive human she always knew she was meant to be.
Ashley completed her 200 hour Teacher Training here at Hot Power Yoga Center in 2020 and recently completed her certification as a Breath and Meditation leader.
Ashley’s passion is using these practices to create embodied change, love and growth from within. And nothing lights her up more than leading a class through and to that transformative feeling. In her classes expect to be challenged and moved in the most unique and supported way.
Krystal Maldonis

In Krystal's class you will practice linking breath to movement while flowing through various challenging yoga postures.
